Property price (£) What you paid, or expect to pay, for the property. Monthly rent (£) The expected rent per calendar month. Average occupancy (%) Use 100% if fully let all year. Use a lower figure if you expect voids. Letting / management fee (%) Percentage of collected rent. Set to 0 if self-managing. Yearly running costs (£) Repairs, insurance, certificates, service charge, ground rent and similar costs. Mortgage interest per month (£) Optional.
